What do I do if I get locked out and I didn't get an extra key made as suggested?
You may text the emergency number to make the request for us to come unlock your door for you, there is a $40 cash re-entry fee and it is not required for them to come if they aren’t able. If they aren’t able you would need to call a locksmith.
What is considered a maintenance emergency?
1. This would be heating or A/C is out and it is extremely cold or hot outside (we subcontract this out so we do not have control over if they come same day, they do try to fit us in same day but if they can’t they will schedule us for earliest available).
2. Water that I can’t get stopped. The main water shut offs are located at the top of the water heater turn them both opposite of the pipes and that will turn off most water issues. If it does not then you would text the emergency maintenance number for further assistance.
