How do I change my bank information for my automatic payment for rent?
Email us at Info@etownapartments.com to schedule with us to make this change, you must include your name, address, and the request. And in order for this to start for the next month, it has to be turned in by the 20th of the month prior. You will need proof of your new bank account information which can be a voided check or a letter from your bank (None of the information can be handwritten).
How do I give notice that I am moving?
You email us at firstname.lastname@example.org include your name address, your predicted move out date, forwarding address and a cell phone number. And we will reply to the email with instructions and details for your move out.
What do I do if I have a question about the terms of the lease or any general question?
Email: email@example.com and include your name, address and cell number with the question or concern.
